Win8.1 64, Ati 5670, catalyst 14.9 but ERROR: clGetDeviceIDs() -1

Wassup folks, I've some trouble with oclHashcat I'm getting this kind of error: clGetDeviceIDs () -1
I'm very new at using Hashcat at all. I saw there are other users which are getting the same error. They are saying "GPU_NUM_COMPUTE_RINGS = 0" is fixing the problem, but I don't know where I can find this.. So there is my question, where do I have to search for this GPU_NUM_COMPUTE_RINGS and then switch it to 0?
