Hashcat doesn't work

Without openCL, it gave me an error. After installing OpenCL, hashcat stops working immediately after launch. I want to brute for Intel CPU

hashcat.exe -D1 -b

-I also doesn't work. Only -h works fine.

try copying hashcat to another partition / folder, windows 10 sometime dont like runnning such programms on C:\

no version of hashcat works. With the -I command, the program also crashes and shows nothing.

mh, thats strange, i dont know, is this vultr instance a vps or a dedicated machine?

i tried running hahscat on a dedicted windows server 2012r*, no problems
